Having issues with my A/C and came here for the diagnostic for it. Waiting lobby is the best I've ever seen in an auto shop. Pleasant and friendly staff with extraordinary knowledge that is easy to understand without a chemistry set. Did not have the work done which was a personal decision not based on them at all. Also I received 2 roses at the end which was a first and brightened my day!! Ill be coming back for sure with my other vehicles soon.

If there was a 10* rating, Johnny's Automotive in Lake Wales would receive it‼️I came there for second opinion on a$1500 quote from other independent people for replacing oil cooler,after diagnostic check ‼️It was not oil cooler but only leaking hoses, Johnny's Automotive was honest ,which means a lot 🙏They had me in& out in a couple hours,I was a walk in at 7:30 a.m. I was crying tears of absolute joy& relief when I was called with news,BUT they charged me nothing & I received two long stemed red roses 🌹🌹 when I picked up my car 🙏🙏 Several friends of mine Will not be going back to other repair business,it will be Johnny's Automotive who saved me $1500 🙏🙏

Took my vehicle in for an oil change & it was a great experience. The people were friendly and helpful, & knowledgeable about their work. The place itself was clean and looked great. Ron was the person up front that helped me, very nice person. I will be taking my vehicle there for future service.

I only allow Johnny's automotive to work on my car - Mercedes Benz C300 (well maintained and always kept clean) Im very selective on who I allow to service my car, and Johnny's Automotive exceeds all of my expectations. Walking into the lobby feels good. Its clean, inviting, and they treat you like youre a real friend, even from my first visit. I recently had an emergency and was going to drop my car off with a plan to call them at 9am. Upon arrival, I noticed they looked like they were open. I took my chances, opened the door and pleasantly surprised, they were open. It was right around 7am. Since Im an essential employee, I needed to report for duty asap. Johnny's got my car repaired in a time of urgency and got me back on schedule. I certainly had a unique situation for them, and yet, they still exceeded expectations. I will only allow Johnny's Automotive to service my car because of who they are, what they stand for and how they treat their customers. They are truly a one of a kind automotive shop. Im not an easy to person to please but they've got me. All smiles here. I gladly give then a 5 star review. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended. Final thought.. I go to the Winter Haven location and although the lounge is smaller, it's always clean and welcoming. I dont want to leave even after my car is ready. Thanks again for taking care of my urgent repair in such a timely fashion. Im truly grateful for your service and upholding your values. Phenomenal.
