Before photo- my truck died on exit ramp to 27S. Nice man in a Red Bull truck pushed me off the ramp. I called AAA and then Johnny‘s where someone answered on the first ring and reassured me they could help. Tow truck driver was amazing and imagine my delight when I walked into the welcoming lobby of Johnny‘s! Never been there but will never go anywhere else. They were fast, efficient and honest. I had an iced cold soda and some snacks while I waited. Took two Tootsie Pops for the road and picked my truck up with a beautiful rose on the dash. Wow, pampering, professional, affordable and snacks?!? Almost wish I could see them again soon…almost.

Had an early morning nail in tire on the way out of town for a baseball tournament. Sensor light kept us from getting on SR 60 with confidence. Did a quick U-turn to hopefully find a nearby open garage at 7:15 am. Johnny's was rolling up their doors before 7:30 a.m. MJ got us fixed up in under 5 minutes. The stars aligned & we are SO VERY GRATEFUL for establishments like this!!! We will be on time to our game in Ft. Pierce! Thank you MJ!!!!

Great shop & great team, from service writers to the mechanics. Although I live in Winter Haven, I chose this location because they are specifically equipped to handle my F350 dually. Since then I have been bringing my other vehicle (an older ford ranger) to Mike & his team when I need repairs. Recently my timing chains began to rattle on my ford ranger so I contacted Mike & Rebecca to see if they would be able to get the job done for me. They gave me a quote, got my truck in & repaired within 1 full work day. They provided photos of each step of the repairs they did (at my request) & emailed gladly them to me. Rebecca drove me home when I dropped my truck off, & they updated me on their progress by text while they were doing the repairs. They also notified me by text as soon as my truck was done & ready to go. Mike & his team do an excellent job & strive very diligently to take care of customers with pride, courtesy, & outstanding professionalism that other shops don’t provide these days.

Fast, reliable, and helpful! The team at Johnny’s is very knowledgeable and skillful. They always get my car taken care of quickly and thoroughly, and they have the most friendly staff. I’ve been to two of their other locations as well, and they never disappoint.

Wonderful experience. I couldn’t believe they told me to come on down and they would get me in right away. Dealership was out 2 weeks just to look at it. Ended up water pump leaking on my Tahoe. Fair price, fixed the next day! Going back next week for rear brakes. Clean, friendly and fast! Hit on all cylinders - literally. My new place for sure.

Jeffrey and staff provided exceptional friendly customer service from start to finish. That is so rare these days. They were able to get me in immediately with a broken oil filter housing and completed the job the same day. Really appreciated the loaner car as I didn’t have a spare, so convenient. They were up front with prices and no hidden cost. More reasonable than the dealership. When I picked up my vehicle, they even showed me my broken part and answered all my questions. Before leaving, imagine my delightful surprise when I saw 2 roses on my dashboard. WOW!!!
