Do you warranty the work you do?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every repair we do is backed by a 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, whichever comes first. If something is not right, bring it back to any of our shops. And because the coverage is nationwide, it still counts if the problem shows up while you are out of state.

Which of your shops should I bring my vehicle to?

Whichever one is easiest for you. We have six shops across Central Florida: Haines City at 31600 US 27, Winter Haven at 5100 Dundee Road, Lake Wales at 323 North Scenic Highway, Frostproof at 101 North Scenic Highway, Sebring at 435 North Orange Street, and Wauchula at 201 North 6th Avenue. Each shop has its own phone number, so call the one closest to you and we will take it from there.

Do all six shops handle the same kinds of work?

They all work to the same standard, and our technicians are ASE certified. Equipment and specialties do vary a little from shop to shop, though, so if you need something specific, call your nearest shop first. We will tell you straight whether we can do it there or point you to the shop that can.

Question 4

Do I need an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please set one up. Booking ahead lets us reserve time on a lift for you and line up the right parts before you get here, which is a better experience than waiting in the lobby to see what opens up. You can request a time on this site or call the shop you want to visit.

How do I schedule service?

Accepted Answer

Two ways. Use the scheduling form on this site: tell us the vehicle, what is going on with it, and the day that works for you, and we will get back to you to confirm a time. Or call the shop directly. Haines City is (863) 422-2995, and the other five shops each have their own number listed on this site.

Question 6

What is a digital inspection?

Accepted Answer

It is how we show you the problem instead of just describing it. While your vehicle is up on the lift, the technician photographs what they find and writes up the condition of everything they checked, and then we send it to you. You see the worn belt or the leaking seal for yourself, so when we recommend a repair, you are looking at exactly what we are looking at.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes. Our technicians are ASE certified, which is the standard in our trade, and that is who is turning the wrenches at every one of our shops. If you want to know more about who is working on your vehicle, ask at the counter and we will tell you.

Question 8

Are you really family run?

Accepted Answer

We are. Brian and his wife Niki opened Johnny's in 2006, and the name comes from Brian's grandfather Johnny, who passed his knack for fixing vehicles down to Brian's dad, Terry. Six shops later the same family is still at the wheel, with Brian and Niki's daughters, Sahra and Chloe, coming up behind them. The rule we set back then still runs every one of them: put the customer over the money.
