Johnny's treated me perfectly on my first ever visit. I only needed a simple oil change in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I search a location social media site and Johnny earned high marks. I called, got an estimate over the phone and appointment the same day (they had a cancellation). I took my truck in and received great customer service. The place is easy to get to and very clean and professional. I wait about an hour for them to complete the job. There was a bit of an upsell for additional services, but I told them I was there for an oil changed and declined. I recommend Johnny's.

We were passing through the area. We actually live over 2 hours away. Our ac needed recharge and they fit us into an already busy schedule. They had our car in and out in about 45 min. The waiting area was clean, and quite spacious. They are pet friendly as well. We had our beagle with us. I know that if We are anywhere near them we will schedule work there from now on. The pricing was more then fare. In and out ac recharge was only 178.00. There was one thing though, they left a rose on the wheel after the service, so now my wife thinks I should leave flowers after every home Repair. Thank you so much for saving us on a day with a 113 heat index, we owe you!!!

Wow I'm super impressed with this business. I went to two places and they had no cars and both told me it will be an hour or more even though they only had one car in the bay. Stopped at Johnny's Automotive and immediately they took me in to check my front tire that was leaking air they fixed it in minutes and the office man came in and said your tire is fixed you don't owe anything. Wow I'm in and out in minutes and no charge! Thank you so much for the amazing service you guys are awesome. I went for another check for what was worked on before it didn't work well, so they cover it with full warranty, I was accommodated and was offered a loaner car so I was able to get to work. As usual I brought my car in for and Oil Change and to check a problem I was experiencing. They diagnosed the problem and showed them to me. It was on the interior side of my wheels and was obviously a problem that I could have seen if it was on the exterior of my wheels. They do great work and no high pressure to get the work done today or, unless it is a real safety hazard like I had a bubble on the inside of my tire. Which was close to being worn out soon. I trust their recommendations and work. Have for many years.

I came in for an oil change, but was immediately greeted by a very welcoming exterior and even more so inside. As soon as I stepped in, I was welcomed and asked if I was checking in. Once I was, I was told snacks and beverages were complementary as was the Wi-Fi and where to find the login information. When all was done, I was informed of other things that need to be addressed, but no pressure to do it then. Once I checked out, I was given a Tootsie Pop and told the key was in the car, I was all set to go. When I got into my car, there was a long stem rose on the dashboard! Absolutely classy!

Absolutely incredible people, without a doubt. Had brought my newly bought 2016 Malibu from a used dealership in multiple times to make sure promises made by the dealership were fulfilled, sadly they were not and the dealership mechanic only made the situation and damages much worse, but the Johnny's crew, despite all the hassle and multiple diagnostics having to be done on the vehicle multiple times within just a couple weeks, were able to diagnose the issues needing to be fixed that the dealership failed to mention any part of. Was a great price without breaking the bank and I am now driving what is practically a new car internally thanks to them. I took my car for the first time to their Haines City location and was blown away from their friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately, they didn't have the equipment for newer AC systems so I couldn't get my AC fixed but I plan to go back to them if my car has any other further issues. They even brought my car to me in the pouring down rain and gave me a rose before I left. You don't see this kind of customer service often.

First time taking my 2006 Chevy 1500 Silverado to Johnny's Automotive. My husband and I drove our vehicles from California, the Chevy was garaged for about nine months and had some kind of issue at starting the engine. My forever car, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, has never needed repairs so I didn't have a mechanic. When my car wouldn't start, AAA suggested Johnny's as an approved business and towed it there. They contacted me within 30 minutes and kept in contact the entire time they had my car. They replaced my starter and suggested a few other areas of concern. It was such a simple process and now my car is back good as new. I was debating on trading cars, but now is not the best time. So first and foremost I would like to thank Johnny's. Second I am not usually one to leave reviews so take this as the most honest review you will ever get. I generally work on my own vehicles but I had just recently acquired a dodge 2500. Upon getting the truck in my possession I knew it was going to need front end work something I wouldn't tackle myself. So the first thing I did was Google someone local as I am not from this area and don't know anyone. I came upon Johnny's and gave them a call. They got my truck in the next day. They did a full inspection of the front end and explained every detail of what it needed. They where thorough and attentive to detail. This place hands down has the nicest and most upstanding employees. Mike the service writer is just a great guy. They make u feel welcome from start to finish and they do a great job this is someone I would trust with any further vehicle repairs. I can't say enough about how great the customer service was and how well they explain take pictures and videos to accurately show u what your vehicle needs. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone at Johnny's for doing a great job and being so professional check this place out you will not be disappointed in anyway. They listened to me when I called in and took what I had to say in to consideration when diagnosing my vehicle. I love that they do a full vehicle inspection and take pictures. Great communication on status updates. I had transmission cooling lines break on my 2013 F150 and they were able to take the job and make the repair in a few days. My local Ford dealer couldn't even see me for 10-12 days! I did have an unexpected, additional repair of the original rear brakes/rotors they said was causing a high pitch squeal during the test drive. They were able to get the parts and repair without any further delay. The only "cleanliness" issue I had was from the mechanic placing my broken parts or something in the bed which left transmission fluid which I had to clean up. They did offer to clean it for me though. I would highly recommend Johnny's Automotive a AAA certified repair shop.

The staff at both locations are very good at problem solving and customer service. I took my 2016 Ram in for overheating issues after 6 years of ownership and preventive maintenance being done. They found the normal issues to solve the problem, we agreed on pricing and moved on. The next day I picked up my truck and went back to work where I am always running my truck 8-9 hours a days and sometimes idling for long periods. 3 hours later, the same issues I just paid for were still happening. I called Aaron, he said bring it back and when I got there, I had a mechanic waiting me to diagnosis the issue. Of course you can never duplicate the issue when you need to so they said if it happens again, come back and they will address it. The next day, it happened again, I called and set up an appointment to get this done. I had pictures of 233 degrees after work being complete. All parties stating unacceptable. They took my truck, gave me a loaner and kept my truck for about 30 hours finding another part was bad but when I got it back, It ran great and has since and we are 3 weeks in. Mark and the Dundee shop did great work and Aaron and his staff were fantastic. First time customer, life time customer

My tech at Johnny's found an issue in March which was covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment with Jarrett Ford. They told me the issue was normal. After returning to Johnny's for another oil change the tech once again brought the issue to my attention and encouraged me to get it fixed. I explained my experience with Jarrett and the results. Johnny's was so proactive in their attitude and referred me to a different Ford dealership. They fixed my 2006 Saturn Vue: Replaced all the oil seals and gasket, a Wheel Bearing, Front Constant Velocity Axle Assembly, a suspension control, and Oxygen Sensor, and did a car alignment. They inspected the vehicle and sent me photos of the problems area/parts and requested approval of the work to be done. They send me pictures of the part/work being complete (old vs new). This was the best experience with an automotive shop that I've done business with. The establishment is absolutely beautiful with an area outside to play a little putt putt golf, rocking chairs out front to enjoy the sunshine and be shaded. Pictures were taken and a full diagnosis inputted into a tablet. I need to talk about the amenities they offer! A fridge with an assortment of beverages as well as a coffee section which was stocked. A huge selection of snacks, a bar to sit with chargers of every type for your phone! There is a large big screen TV and Big comfy chairs. The bathroom was spotless. Edgar brought me back to show me under my car and answered my questions. The most surprising and delightful thing happened as I was driving home. I look on my dashboard and sitting on my dash is a long stem red rose! WOW!! What a relief to know in my retiring years that this process will not be a chore for me anymore!! Thank you!

I went to a auto parts store in town and they said that I needed a knock sensor. Therefore I took my vehicle to Johnny's Automotive where they checked it in detail with their diagnostic. It turns out that yes I did need a knock sensor which is in the middle of the motor and the motor has to be taken apart from the top end in order to replace it. Their service is outstanding they gave me a ride home and then inform me when the vehicle is ready which was only half a day. Their service was very courteous and professional and I am a lifetime customer of theirs from now on.

I cannot say enough about Johnny's Automotive. We came down to Disney with the family and while there the throttle body on my Expedition failed. I could coax 35mph max out of the vehicle. The local Ford Dealer was unable to get my vehicle in and recommended Johnny's. I called spoke to Mike and he was able to book my vehicle in. Two days later it was done. Saving our Disney trip. The facility is spotless, the other service advisors polite and helpful, on top of it all the repair was done for a very reasonable price. I arrived at the shop first thing in the morning, right when they opened. I did not call in advance and I did not have an appointment. I was in need of someone to inspect my brakes because I was leaving the state the same day and they helped me without hesitation. Everyone was very professional kind and helpful. They also took me to see everything that I needed done with my vehicle before they proceeded with the service. I do not live in the area but my parents do and I recommend anybody who is traveling through or lives in the area to check out this business because you won't be disappointed. A big Thanks to everybody who was working that day.

Brought car in the morning for oil leak and left for overnight. Was notified same day of what was wrong with car via text and email along with pictures. Which I find absolutely great and gives me opportunity to show my son, who is a master mechanic and lives out of state for a second opinion. Johnny's made repairs and as always and very happy with the auto technicians work and the staff at front desk. I have come to trust Johnny's for their honesty and their professionalism.

Love the fact that they give me a heads up of how my car is doing, walk me around my car to show me, and let me know "for example" my back brake pads are about 50% which is still good and he said he'll keep an eye on them every time I have my car serviced but to plan in the next year or so to get new back brake pads. This way I can budget my car expenses instead of wondering what will need to be fixed when I get my car serviced. And they are honest! I was out of town and got my oil changed and they said my battery was due to be replace. I didn't get it replaced but I asked them about my battery and they said it was fine. So yes, if you want an honest mechanic with fair prices, Johnny's is what you are looking for.

Went for oil change, new Scion needed a tune up & it was recommended to get one, so we did that as well... Spacious & comfortable waiting area with computer space & charging cords, outdoor has shuffleboard & putting green. Complimentary coffee & a mini fridge with water bottles & cold drinks- They completed the work about a half hour earlier than expected & I can feel the difference in the ride. They are professional, courteous & efficient as well as safety oriented; they will not pad the bill with unneeded things; if they see something that can wait, they'll tell you to think about it for next time- no pressure to do everything NOW like at dealerships- and a little TLC touch is a rose & a couple tootsie roll lollipops left in your car!

Been going to these guys since 2016 and wouldn't really go anywhere else. Even though I did something as simple as an oil change, it's the principal of how it went that matters. Great folks and an honest business too. You can feel the honesty when speaking to them. They really do have your best interest at heart. I could live 3 hours away and would come here. That should tell you something. Need more mechanics to take note on how to conduct business professionally and most importantly honest like them.

Very professional, clean, friendly, and fast. Large window that allows you to watch the mechanic. Free coffee and snacks. TV with nice comfy chairs to wait in. After the mechanic is done they send a text with a detailed report of what was found during the inspection, which includes pictures so you know the mechanic isn't making things up to gouge you. My oil change was only slightly longer than 30 minutes. Very very happy with my service. I will definitely use them again! They even left a flower on the dash.

I was visiting from my home state and I needed my car checked due to an unusual noise. They managed to get me right in and did an inspection which was much cheaper than expected, $37 vs $130 at Nissan. They provided me a detailed inspection report online with a video of the issue as well as repairs needed. The suggested repairs were 1/2 the price of local Nissan dealer. The Nissan dealer would have only repaired one issue for $3,600 vs $2,400 total at Johnny's for two issues! I did not get the repairs performed as I decided to pursue a new vehicle instead due to the age/mileage of the vehicle in question. But, I would have had Johnny's do the repairs if it made financial sense. I absolutely recommend this place and now my parents who live in Winter Haven will be using this place going forward for their vehicle rather than the dealership. In short, great customer service, very fair pricing and great explanation of the issues. Highly recommend and would use again when visiting (hope to not have to for obvious reasons).
