Absolutely incredible people, without a doubt. I took my car for the first time to their Haines City location and was blown away from their friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately, they didn't have the equipment for newer AC systems so I couldn't get my AC fixed but I plan to go back to them if my car has any other further issues. They even brought my car to me in the pouring down rain and gave me a rose before I left. You don't see this kind of customer service often.
