The staff at both locations are very good at problem solving and customer service. I took my 2016 Ram in for overheating issues after 6 years of ownership and preventive maintenance being done. They found the normal issues to solve the problem, we agreed on pricing and moved on. The next day I picked up my truck and went back to work where I am always running my truck 8-9 hours a days and sometimes idling for long periods. 3 hours later, the same issues I just paid for were still happening. I called Aaron, he said bring it back and when I got there, I had a mechanic waiting me to diagnosis the issue. Of course you can never duplicate the issue when you need to so they said if it happens again, come back and they will address it. The next day, it happened again, I called and set up an appointment to get this done. I had pictures of 233 degrees after work being complete. All parties stating unacceptable. They took my truck, gave me a loaner and kept my truck for about 30 hours finding another part was bad but when I got it back, It ran great and has since and we are 3 weeks in.
